Supporting families since 1992

Mission

Community Partnership delivers programs and services that strengthen families.

Vision

All Teller County families are self-reliant, fully functional, and positive contributors to our community.

Programs for Families

of Every Shape and Size

We’re celebrating over 30 years of supporting Teller County families.  We work alongside parents, grandparents and caregivers with children from prenatal, toddlers, school aged, GED students, to  those entering the workforce.  Whether you are looking to meet new families, struggling to cover bills or provide a meal, needing some parenting support, wanting to learn to prepare healthy meals or participate in community exercise classes, we are here to help!  Our philosophy is to provide tools, skills and enrichment activities which strengthen families.

Upcoming Events

We offer free or low-cost workshops and events for the whole family. Workshops are interactive, engaging, educational and fun. Throughout the year we partner with various organizations to offer the community hands-on networking events. Watch for our FUNdraising events – they’re good times for a good cause with proceeds benefitting Community Partnership Family Resource Center.

Capital Campaign

Community Partnership Family Resource Center announces its Capital Campaign and enhanced community focus!

As an agency whose mission is to provide programs and experiences which sustain the families in our community, we are taking the lead on BUILDING our county’s ONLY Community Center, complete with a conference room, family rooms, multi-purpose space for large group activities, and a learning kitchen and Parent Café. Spaces will be used to host CP’s adult exercise classes, playgroups, parenting workshops, cooking classes, gardening workshops, adult education and GED classes, and will be shared with partners and community members.

The project provides a welcoming place for families to congregate and build a lasting network of support.

Equity, Diversity, Inclusion

Commitment Statement:

Community Partnership Family Resource Center’s (CP) equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) mission is to build an engaged and representative Family Resource Center that recognizes the importance of social, economic, health, language, and racial justice. We strive to promote diversity and equity – and to be a model of inclusive excellence.

Equity, Diversity, Inclusion

Call to Action:

To ensure CP is an inclusive center dedicated to developing policies, practice, and procedures that progress justice, the following is our plan to advance EDI: pursue deliberate efforts to ensure that CP is a place where differences are welcomed, perspectives are affirmed, and our center fosters a sense of belonging; offer continuous EDI professional development and capacity building sessions to our staff; recognize, address, and eradicate all forms of organizational inequities; continue to develop and enact equitable policies, practices, and procedures; integrate EDI throughout the organizational culture and day-to-day operations; continuous assessment and evaluation of EDI efforts; and leverage our partnerships, relationships, and resources to promote equity and justice.
