The majority of our events are free and many offer free childcare and a meal for you and your children.

I enjoyed trying new ingredients, meeting new people, and trying new food groups.
Cooking Matters for Families has helped me become more creative with cooking and use what we have at home. Cooking Matters has helped me feed my family better. Throughout the workshop, we have become more consciously aware of what we are putting into our bodies – we make an effort to read labels and incorporate more nutritionally dense foods.
I am more mindful about doing things that are good for me and not doing things that aren’t. I just love all the new information Leah shares during our practice together.
