The majority of our events are free and many offer free childcare and a meal for you and your children.

The facilitators are beyond what I thought. They truly are compassionate, forthcoming, truthful, helpful and open minded. I gained so much knowledge that has helped me in my daily life. I can apply all aspects of this class to, of course, parenting but to other situational things with friends and family and others who need help and advice.
I have become more flexible, and my hips don’t ache as much anymore. My stress levels have decreased and my motivation to stay active has increased.
CP has been very open to PAC ideas, training members, and very willing to learn and make this group work. I have nothing to add that isn’t already or has been done.
